Vintage 1947 Virginia Silver/Black License Plate, Very Good Condition! Lays flat, has no bends with Embossed Numbers, Letters & an inverted outer band! (see pics for condition) Paint on the numbers has some minor chips, especially the top of the 2nd "2". Has normal bolt wear and shows well for a vintage plate!
