    Great sturdy, Watertight and Washable, stainless steel, fine Quality from Cooper Inc (out of Conn-USA) that works very well, and shows almost no signs of wear at all -- just on the orange, adjusting tab on the left of the temperatures where the cook moves to reflect the desired degrees -- it's a little discolored -- inside the red pointer is fine, there's no other wear or tear at all
