    Description

    Up for auction is an estate find Jacket, Intermediate, MA-1 Nylon Flight Jacket, MIL-J-8279G with Contract Number:  8415-00-818-8464, which dates to 1993 (see last photo for dating).  Jacket is in good condition with some stains and hole repairs on wool cuff band area.  Arm zipper is Ideal brand and main zipper is Emar brand.  There is a 1/2" section at bottom of zipper that  has pulled away but it functions well.
    Measurements:
    1) Chest - 24 -1/2" across (49" doubled)
    2) Overall Length (base of collar to waist hem) - 29-1/2"
    3) Shoulders - 21"
    4) Outer Sleeve - 23-1/2"
    5) Inner Sleeve - 17"
