    Here we have a wonderful old chess set design from the 1980's based upon CS Lewis's classic children's (and adults) book series The Chronicles of Narnia.
    This Chess set celebrates the Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe book (the 1st written but 2nd in the series) and features all of the main characters ( right down to the actual wardrobe itself ) from the book.
    The Chess set is truly remarkable. The figurines are amazingly detailed and have been enhanced to really show off all of the intricate carved lines and the character of the various pieces.
    This is a fairly substantial collection of Chessmen with the tallest piece (The Wardrobe) being 5" tall.
    Alongside Mr Tumnus and the Wardrobe some of the featured characters in the set are Alsan, Lucy, Edmond, Peter, The White Witch to name a few.
    It is a must for any fan of CS Lewis or the Chronicles of Narnia book series.
