Great vintage piece, circa early 1900's, condition looks to be excellent. Heavy made of iron, would have mounted on a work bench or table with 4 screws (not included). Stands about 10 1/2" tall, graphics are excellent, Improved Wire Measuring Machine made my John J Walman New Your USA. Nice piece to add to your collection.
