Vintage Aztec Mayan Black & White Hand Carved Art CHESS Set W Drawer Complete
This Chess Set is an amazing work of art. The board itself is incredibly finely and artistically carved with ornamental designs. The shear number of artist man hours that must have gone into carving and making this set is unbelievable. The listing pictures do not do this set justice as it is much more impressive in person.
The board and game pieces are all completely handmade, carved and handcrafted. The board has carved designs throughout and on all of its sides.
The board is comprised of wood and inlaid carved stone, as a result the set is very solid and heavy.
The board measures a large 12" by 12" and it is 2.5" tall.  The hand-carved chess pieces are very intricate and measure in ranges of 2" to 2.5" tall.   It has a segmented drawer with an ornamental design that opens to store all of the game pieces.
The board and pieces are in excellently well preserved vintage condition.
Shipping for this item will be via UPS or USPS priority mail, due to the weight of the set itself (stone and wood).  It will be packaged very carefully (with each piece individually bubble wrapped) to avoid any damage during transit.
