Vintage 1996 Virginia Vanity "BARWNCH" Metal License Plate! Good+Condition! With all embossed numbers, or in this case, letters! This plate lays flat! The top bolt holes show normal to heavy wear, the bottom ones appear unused! (see pics for condition), The numbers have very good paint! There is a separation spot at the bottom near the left bottom bolt hole, and the metal has broken up there as well, see pics 3 & 4 for that. The year and inspection
stickers are
good to go too! This one is way more than 3 yrs old, and would be good for any collection!
