NON SMOKING HOME!!!It is made by the BROCKUM GROUP. Label reads: One Size Fits All.... Measures 24" pit to pit, 27 1/2" front collar down, 31" back collar down. Front reads: "1992 PAISLEY PARK ENTERPRISES   UNDER LICENSE TO BROCKUM".
