US Navy SEAL Diver Fanny Dry Bag - USIA SYS4250FPL Spec 1 - NSW UDT DEVGRU SOCOM

Description

This is easily one of the most mysterious items I have ever listed since I cannot find any information about it except for a catalog scan listing the black version's existence on GSA Advantage.  Usually I find the large CBR dry bags, but this is apparently the fanny pack.  It appears to be like a dry bag made of some waterproofed, synthetic material and is constructed to be airtight with an inflation bite valve.  Intrestingly, the woodland camouflage print is scaled like the early ERDL-style fabric used in the 80's and 90's on things like the prototype Lowe Vector Alpine rucksack
.  There are some scrapes on the outsides from regular field use, but it is still very water-tight.  The zipper functions, but I did not test the valve (if you want to put it in your mouth, you do you).
