US Marine Corp Inspector-Instructor Staff Glass Mug Stein Birthday Ball 1996

Description

Up for auction a 1996 glass stein or mug from the Inspector-Instructor Staff 1997 Birthday Ball for the Ration Company and Supply Company of the US Marine Corp in Washington DC.  The eagle is holding a banner with Semper Fidelis over the world, with an anchor behind, an outline of a Capitol Building and a growling bulldog to the side, surrounded by a cord with Ration Co and Supply Co tying it all together.
The stein measures 5 1/2" high, 4 1/8" across from handle to rim edge, bottom diameter is 2 3/4" and weighs 1.4 pounds prior to packing for shipping.  Will ship in a 7x7x7 box.
This piece is in very good used condition without cracks, chips, flakes or repairs.  The attention to detail with the decoration is very clean, crisp, legible and well executed.  The glass is crystal clear with a minor scratch to the right of the bottom of the rope.
