This large bronzed metal extremely stylish ice bucket, made in the 1950s, is believed to a be a James Mont piece made in the Hollywood Regency style of the mid-century. A stunning item, made in the Chinese Shang Dynasty style, that reflects the classic style of 1950s Los Angeles. Classic styling meets modern design.
The heavy cast iron-bronze patina body is engraved with an intricate design and stands on three sturdy legs; the interior contains a turquoise plastic liner and the heavy lid has an oriental double-bird-head handle.
*Light wear: missing one black foot cap, side of lid has a slight dent but does not affect the seal/closure, slight scratches on inner plastic liner but no holes
An ideal showpiece for the home office or outdoor setting
