    Description

    This is a vintage deep frying Thermometer.  It has a red wood handle and is about 12 inches long.  It works on Nickel Silver.  The back has a clip to hang on the edge of the pan.    I did not try it but it sure looks like it should work yet.  A good item for your collection of vintage kitchen gadgets.
