is sold as for parts or not working.. This has 33 feet 9 inches of hose..T&S Brass Reel-Kleen Commercial Retractable Hose Reel Spray B1400 .. it is in great cosmetic condition please look closely at pictures there are some small signs of usage and wear... it's a discontinued model. I have not personally tested it it looks like it's fine but be aware that you might need to tweak it or might need to work on it to get it to work 100%. Sold as is.
I will probably be disconnecting that pipe that is on there for shipping purposes!
