Description

Used for meat, fish, and poultry and includes an internal temperature guide chart for the most commonly cooked foods. Also use to make perfect froth or steamed milk. Insert thermometer into your steaming pitcher. When the milk reaches 150°F/66°C to 160°F/71°C, the steaming process is completed.
