As found original usable/display condition. Aged patina parts gently refreshed/cleaned.  Cutting bar part attached with two spring working tension arms.  Ball bearing bottom oval platform rotates.  Normal use wear includes loss of black paint to base, under base minor surface rust and other possible manufacturing imperfections.  Quality sturdy construction.   Some disassembly required to insure safe shipping.
