Johnny´'s Organic Sweet Strong Mustard is suitable for sausages and burgers, but the deep character of the mustard also goes well with classic slow cooker such as salted beef brisket and dill meat. Johnny´s Organic Sweet Strong Mustard is also popular with dishes such as cabbage dolma and pork legs.
Johnny´s Organic Sweet & Strong Mustard has a small but clearly marked heat which in combination with acidity and sweetness becomes refreshing and appetizing. The color attracts slightly to dark copper and the texture is slightly rough and sticks to the tongue. Johnny´s Organic Sweet & Strong Mustard has a dull and spicy deep scent with a feeling of Christmas, carnations and bay leaves.
A tip is to use Johnny's Organic Sweet & Strong Mustard as a base in a cold sauce. Mix the mustard with egg yolk and vinegar and whisk under a thin stream of rapeseed oil. Season with fresh cress and you have a perfect sauce for spring vegetables or smoked fish!
