    Isle of Lewis Chess Set Pieces Men Medieval European Style 3 3/8" Kings NO BOARD
    Isle of Lewis chess pieces of reddish and ivory hue. BOARD IN THE PICTURE IS NOT INCLUDED. Piece sizes range from the King at 3.375" tall from base to highest point on crown (5.5oz) to Pawns at 1.5" tall (0.5oz). Very intesting set with stunning detail and carvings, and obelisk-styled pawns. Although these pieces have been used for display only, there are minor chips to the crown of both the king and queen dark pieces, which are visible in the photo. These could probably be easily touched up with matching paint and would be even more minimally noticeable. Care will be taken to pack and ship these pieces safely.
