User Guide:
1. Press the HOLD key to freeze the current temperature.
2. Press key power on or power off.
3. Press the key to turn on the backlight, release the key to turn off the backlight.
4. ℃/°F:Open the battery cover, you can see the ℃/°F toggle switch.
5. Easy attached magnet inside battery case.
6. Ensure the probe inserted intothe right part of the meat while testing temperature.
WARNING!
1. Do not put the thermometer directly in the oven while cooking.
2. Do not touch the hot probe by bare hand.
3. Use wet cloth to wipe the thermometer while cleaning rather than immerse it in water completely.
4. Probe disinfection: Put themetal probe into boiling water, for one minute to disinfect.
5. Power off it and put it away from children after use.
