The CC-101K-3 Control Center is UL

approved  for use with 3-phase, 208/240VAC, 1/2-to-10 HP Insinkerator Foodservice Disposals.  Its main functions are:
·
To start and stop the disposer each time the corresponding start or stop button is pressed.  It can optionally be set to prevent the disposal from running for more than 10 minutes.
·
To increase cutter element life and reduce jams by reversing the direction of the disposer motor automatically each time it is started.
·
To start the flow of water to the disposer each time the latter is started, and stop it immediately or up to 10 minutes after the disposal is stopped.
Its stainless steel, waterproof NEMA 4 enclosure houses the following major components:
·
a solid-state, 24V timing-logic board;
·
a 240/24V transformer, fuse-protected on the low-voltage side, that provides power to the timing-logic board and its I/O circuits;
·
door-mounted Start and Stop buttons;
·
forward and reverse motor-control contactors; and
·
a 3-pole electrical disconnect with a door-mounted handle.
The interior photo of the controller shows it is

its circuit board.  This product has never been used but it is
MISSING
its circuit board, 24V fuse and solenoid valve.
The buyer will provide shipping at the cost of the buyer.  We will ship the controller in its original factory carton, which measures 20" x 12" x 8" and weighs 24 pounds.  The controller can also be picked up in Des Moines, Iowa by the buyer.
