    1/12 Scale McDonnell Douglas DC-9 Plans, Templates, Instructions
    You are bidding on a new set of plans for a 1/12 Scale McDonnell Douglas DC-9. It includes the Plans and  templates/patterns for cutting the parts for this beauty. Building instructions are also included. Construction is mostly foam sections and wing cores covered with fiberglass. It uses 2 glow engines with pusher props. Economical to build and fly, it has a great jet look in the air. Great subject for conversion to electric pusher motors or EDF units. Other plans are for sale too. I'll be listing them as I pull them out. This plan is in perfect condition. All of my items come from a totally smoke free environment.

    McDonnell Douglas DC-9
    (initially known as Douglas DC-9) is a twin-engine, single-aisle jet airliner. It first flew and entered airline service in 1965. The DC-9 was designed for frequent, short flights. The final DC-9 was delivered in October 1982. DC-9-based airliners including the MD-80, MD-90 and Boeing 717 later followed in production. With the final deliveries of the 717 in 2006, production of the DC-9/MD-80/90/717 aircraft family ceased after 41 years and over 2,400 units built.
