    Early 1900s BULMAN EOB General Store Counter Roll Paper Cutter- adjustable. Found in a closed general store under the counter. Wooden rod accepts up to a   10 1/2" roll of paper.... a perfect size. Not huge like others listed. Very nice shape. Adjuatable arm works as it should.
