    Description

    Very detailed molded plastic figures appear to be ivory and ebony.  Characters are from Roman history and the booklet describes each one.
    As stated in the condition section, one of the pawn soldier's sword point is broken.  The piece is in a bag and taped to the back of the pawn.
    The booklet also gives basic information on the game of chess, very helpful to a beginner.
    The pieces will be taped with masking tape to prevent damage in shipping.  If residue remains a swab dipped in olive or corn oil should remove it without harming the plastic.
