The CDN-TCT572 Digital ProAccuarate Digital Instant Read Folding Thermocouple Cooking Thermometer NSF-Certified is a kitchen staple for any home chef and cooking enthusiast. No longer will you have to keep guestimating the cook level and temperature of that smackin’ good roast or fish. The thermometer features a large easy to read display that is backlit in blue. Additionally, the thermometer is water resistant and shatterproof and is able to be field calibrated, and features both a maximum and a minimum feature, which display the highest or lowest temperature among multiple readings. With the CDN thermometer you can get accurate results, as precise as plus or minus two degrees Fahrenheit and a rapid response time of 3 - 6 seconds. With such accurate readings, you get consistent professional results every time. The thermometer is covered in food-safe ABS plastic housing with BioCote and has a temperature range of -58 F to 572 F (-50 C to 300 C). The metal probe is made of high-strength stainless steel and is a lengthy 4 ¼ inches long with a pointy 1.5 mm tip. When not in use, the probe conveniently folds away. Additionally, when not in use a smartly engineered on/off button as well as auto-off feature allows you to conserve battery. Requires 3V Button IEC CR2032 Lithium batteries that are included.
