    Model 520-18
    The Deluxe All-In-One Paper Dispenser and Cutter has complete welded frame complements and strengthens the already excellent design of the Standard Bulman Paper Cutter/Dispenser. The Bulman paper cutter smoothly dispenses many types of paper including butcher paper, kraft paper, and wrapping paper. The paper roll dispensers cut evenly, using either side of the double-edged, spring-loaded blade and has rubber feet to keep it evenly balanced.
    Bulman’s website shows they still manufacture and sell this item. This one is brand new in the box, but it has been sitting on a shelf for several years (‘brand new old stock’).
