Muslin Buff Combed extra fine, a full disc cotton buff used for coloring and finishing all types of metals.  A very fine and soft combed (to accept compound immediately) finex muslin buff. Buff is used with rouge or other polishing compounds to produce a final polish with a high luster finish.
