    Description

    You are purchasing per pirn or bobbin. These vintage wooden quills or pirns are from a textile mill that is no longer in business. These bobbins or pirns can be used in spinning and weaving to hold a yarn while plying or weaving. Please contact with any questions. These are being sold per bobbin.
    Each bobbin is 8.75 inches long. The diameter of the wooden end of the bobbin is approximately 1". The photo shows 1.032" and varies slightly bobbin-to-bobbin. The diameter of the hole is 0.38" or 3/8". It also varies slightly when I measure others. The diameter of the metal rings is approximately 1.2".
    If you decide to order, please let me know any critical dimension and I will hand select to get you what you need.

    If, for any reason, you want to return your purchase you must:
    Contact me through Ebay if you have any problems with your order and give me the opportunity to correct the problem.
    Ship the item back to me within 30 days of receiving the item.
    If I have sent the wrong item, contact me with an image of the item you received and I will remit a label for the return and mail you what you ordered.
    If you need the item faster please reorder the item and I will refund your purchase when I receive the return.
    Nothing is refundable if it has been altered or damaged in any way.
    If you purchase a quilt pack of strips, fat quarters or anything commercially packaged and you open it, THE SALE IS FINAL.
    Shipping costs are not refundable.
    I usually ship within 1 business day of receiving your payment but on occasion, my post office does not. Shipping within the US is via USPS and reflects the cost of postage and packaging. All packages shipped include a tracking number and you will be able to see that number in your purchase history as soon as I ship the item. I am not liable for the loss of a package once tracking has confirmed that it has arrived at your address. Please contact me before placing a large order if you have any concerns about costs of shipping or would like to specify a method or add postal insurance.
