Antique Victorian c1890 Large Pinchbeck Scottish Agate Pebble Cross Brooch

Description

This is a very special Victorian Scottish agate pebble brooch that dates to the late 1800s.  The craftsmanship that went into this piece is extraordinary, as are the incredible hues of the agates that form a cross. The original C clasp has been replaced with a catch clasp for security (and hopefully to ensure that this brooch will be loved for centuries to come).  It's in very good antique condition with one small nibble to the agate - see last photo.
