    United Twine & Paper Co., a wholesale paper and twine business, operated from around 1945 to 1985 from a 1881 built tobacco warehouse building at 300 Harrisburg Ave., Lancaster, PA ( today Lancaster Arts Hotel).

    Weight with box: 13 1/2 lbs
    Wrapping paper appears to be in very good condition, no "old" smell; box has scuffs
