made around the 1880's Cobbler's Shoe/Boot Anvil and Last Stand
for shoe-making and repair -- the stand incorporates a leather banding strap with an adjustable foot lever for tightening it over the shoe, and the entire unit hinges in the middle to create a press surface -- the stand measures about 42 in. high with nothing added to it -- included are a number of shoe anvils.can be picked up  sold on ebay for 900 . it is in good condition dont see any thing broken the leather belt is old and came apart.
