It doesn't matter if you get the cork/rubber (my favorite) or the foam/rubber isolation feet they work extremely well at isolation minor vibration even under heavy amps and even equipment racks.
There is only one company making these isolation feet and they are all the same feet. (cork/rubber or foam/rubber) They are amazing under any audio equipment, racks, and speakers. I use them under most of my equipment. No they are not Stillpoints or Silent Running feet but for the price they work very good. I use the "blue" ones under my equipment table and even the  the air compressor in the shop. They also work great under speakers.
These isolation pads are good to 50lbs each. So 4 will support 200 lbs.

EVA Anti-Vibration Pad
The latest generation in vibration dampening technology. The most effective vibration dampening pad available on the market. The EVA Pad was tested against other pads at four different vibration settings. In the most severe vibration extremes, the EVA Pad outperforms cork and rubber by a margin of greater than 3:1! This is due to the special composite foam center which is much more structurally sound than cork.
