1846 Seated Liberty Half Dollar, Medium Date, Choice AU, PCGS AU-55

1846 Medium Date Liberty Seated Half Dollar,
WB-1 (R-3), Middle Die State or a bit later.
Choice Almost Uncirculated, certified PCGS AU-55.  A bit less actual wear than the assigned grade, however the old light cleaning as typical.  Some hairlines but not horrible, and it obviously did not bother PCGS.  Bright with significant remaining luster, especially on the more protected Reverse.  Certainly not any worse than many others I have seen in "Brand Name" slabs in AU - just check out the Heritage archives … The main images of the coins taken by PCGS , other than the image of the slab - PCGS TrueView image available upon request.  A couple of images of the coin taken prior to certification are also included for reference.  As for the price listed here, it takes into account the ridiculous fees I have to pay to ebay - I am more than happy to sell for less under different circumstances.
