    You are bidding on a new set of plans for a 1/9 Scale Sopwith Pup. It includes the plans and templates/patterns for cutting the parts for this beauty. Construction is balsa and ply. Building instructions are also included. This is a great flying plane and a very good scale design.  Other plans are for sale too. I'll be listing them as I pull them out. This plan is in perfect condition. All of my items come from a totally smoke free environment.

    The
    Sopwith Pup
    was a single seat biplane fighter aircraft used by Great Britain in the First World War. It was manufactured by the Sopwith Aviation Company and was officially named the
    Sopwith Scout
    . It was nicknamed the Pup because it looked like a smaller version of the two-seat Sopwith 1 1/2 Strutter; the name Pup was not used officially as it was reportedly thought to be undignified. The Pup's docile flying characteristics made it the ideal aircraft to use in aircraft carrier deck landing and takeoff experiments.
